Trinity BooksalePosted: 19.03.2010
If you’re in the city centre tomorrow, then pop along to the last day of the annual Trinity Booksale. It’s been running since Thursday and there’s masses of great books there. I paid it a visit earlier and came away with more books than I could carry – it’s the single best place to pick up very cheap second-hand books. You can find a good range of recent fiction which is all around the €3 mark, and I managed to get a quite a few older books and paperbacks for about 20 cents each (and that Ladybird book in the picture for only 10 cents… I couldn’t resist the kitsch cover!).
It’s in the Examination Hall, which is the big building on your right as you go through the main entrance into the college. Not only is admission free, but all books are HALF PRICE on Saturday, which means that everything will be indecently cheap. Best booksale ever!
